Wales Air Ambulance provides an emergency air ambulance service to Wales with the ability to be anywhere in the country in 20 minutes.The charity responds to around 2000 missions a year- each mission costs approx £1500. WAA has to raise £6million per year in order to operate the lifesaving service.
The North West Air Ambulance charity is the medical air emergency service covering Gtr Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire & Cumbria. Costing £4m a year to run, it serves all major road traffic incidents, serious sports accidents and incidents in areas with poor and restricted road access.

The Childrens Heartbeat Trust provides practical and emotional support to parents and families of children with heart disease in Northern Ireland. Heart disease is now the most common problem at birth in Northern Ireland. Over 200 children a year are born with heart disease. One third of these children will require further investigation and/ or surgery. The Children’s Heartbeat Trust works closely with the Clark Clinic at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children to help fund top quality medical equipment and initiatives, to ensure that children with heart disease in Northern Ireland receive the best care and treatment possible. The Children’s Heartbeat Trust is a local charity, funded solely from public donations. The Felix Project collect surplus food and delivers it free of charge to a range of local charities who prepare meals and snacks for their clients, who include the homeless, the elderly, isolated persons, those with mental health issues. We simply want to see good food go to good causes.
CAP Foundation is an UK-based international relief and development agency. CAP aims to alleviate the suffering of the less fortunate within the UK and Asia. As well as responding to emergencies, it also looks at developing longstanding programmes to enable our cliental to stand on their own feet.
Our charity cares for adults in Ayrshire and Arran with life-limiting illnesses. We help them live as actively as possible to the end of their lives, however long that may be. Hospice care is open to all. It’s free for patients but it’s not free to provide. So we need to raise over £4M each year.

The Children's Trust is the UK's leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, multiple disabilities and complex health needs.
St Leonard's is part of the Hospice Movement, a voluntary service for people with life-threatening illness. Our specially trained medical and nursing staff offer daycare for people living in their own homes and in-patient care in a purpose built 20-bedded unit. No charge is made to patients.
We provide care and support for life-threatened children and their families across East Anglia and Essex - in their own homes, in the community or at one of our hospices in Ipswich, Milton and Quidenham. This year we need to raise almost £6 million from public donations to deliver our services.
