Though a fairly new Borough, created in 1974, it is diverse with areas of council housing alongside those of affluence; rural villages within easy reach of urban areas. It is our ambition to work to the betterment of those who are excluded and do not have the opportunity to participate in society. In conjunction with this we endeavour to support education and promote participation in sports - specifically golf.

The fund has provided the surgery with equipment that has improved the care offered to patients (such as ECG machine, a defibrillator and the chairs in our waiting room).
