Mental health illness is the largest single cause of disability in our society. This week in the UK 106 people will kill themselves and 2,300 adults will be admitted to a mental health hospital. Southend Mind provides counselling, advice, and housing to people across South East Essex who are dealing with the challenges of mental ill-health.
