(UK, SC039796) Browse eventsThe Exceed Trust was set up in 2008 with the goal of making a meaningful and lasting difference to the lives of children who have been marginalised by socio-economic circumstances. Our vision is to provide opportunities through education and self-development, with a view to enabling sustainable change for the future. Projects are funded by a combination of contributions from the Exceed group of companies and staff fundraising activities. More than £150,000 has been donated since the Trust was established. Since 2008 we have supported several projects, including: Canyon Acres, Reaching Youth Through Music, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Touching Lives. Our current project, is supporting local Ghanaian organisation, Becky’s Foundation, where we have funded the build of an orphanage for 45 children in the village of Senya. Over £75,000 has been pledged towards the build so far, after the children were left homeless towards the end of 2014. Having worked in Ghana for over six years, this is a project close to our hearts, with fundraising activity continuing on into 2015. Neither is this a remote project, as members of staff from the Exceed group of companies who are deployed in the region have made several trips to deliver supplies and gifts, whilst also checking on the progress of the build. We want to change the circumstances of the children of Becky’s Foundation, to enable them to fulfil their potential. It is our privilege to be able to support Becky’s in achieving its aim of providing a safe and nurturing home for these children.

(UK, 1183536) Browse eventsWe are a faithful group of worshiping people, blessed by God to be placed in the heart of Dedworth. Located to the West of Windsor we are a hugely diverse group of people that reflect the community we are proud to serve. God’s welcome extends to everybody and so our welcome always extends to everybody. God’s church has a wonderful history of serving the poor and disadvantaged and we strive to continue in this. The poor can include those in hardship, those living on the streets or with no permanent address or those in poverty. But the church must equally serve the poor in spirit, those in need of a hug, some prayer, or those who need more of the Good News of The Gospel. Our mission therefore is to faithfully continue to step into the purpose God has for us all and in every situation. Our vision is to see Dedworth continue to be transformed by the saving power and unconditional love found in Jesus. Whether attending our services, joining us to work in the mission field, visiting our many groups, or simply having a coffee and chat in the Running Man Cafe, the Gospel is always at the heart of all we do. We are not perfect, but we faithfully try to LOVE our community into life. Everything we do at All Saints is anchored by prayer and worship, equipping our congregation and our visitors to grow in their faith. We are a church that strives to be outward looking, walking alongside those who live and work with us, and proclaiming the Gospel, to meet the needs of our community.
