Sustaining Harmony runs choirs for adults affected by mental ill-health or social isolation to meet, make friends, support each other, to sing and socialise, with opportunities to perform, and build confidence. We provide this for free to ensure that no-one is excluded on financial grounds.

We work to maintain and improve the community space of Arlington Garden. In 2016 the space was practically unusable and through time and effort of volunteers this is now a beautiful wooded garden that anyone can enjoy. A tranquil space to enjoy the wildlife and quiet in the middle of a busy city.
Outreach 3 Way helps people with learning disabilities to work, live independently and enjoy social inclusion. Our work is varied ranging from a few hours care to 24 hour support for people with complex needs. We offer housing, work skills, sports, art and a range of therapies.
Mustard Seed Songs was formed in 1999 and is centred on songs composed by Founder and Trustee, Ken Shearsmith. Monies raised from CD sales, concerts and our current musical, "Risen! The Musical"- Risenthemusical.com a ) support young people who take time off from their studies to work voluntarily in the developing world and b) fund Mission projects such as our present venture, which is the construction of the Risen Christ Central Chapel (R.C.C.C) in Cross River State, Southern Nigeria.
Civic Pride (Rossendale) volunteers work tirelessly to remove litter, educate youngsters about its dangers and restore and maintain community gardens including the banking opposite ASDA. To maintain the hanging and barrier baskets alone costs over £4000 per year. Please help us do even more.
We fund tattoos for people left with self harm scars, creating something beautiful from the pain of the past. We provide training and resources to people who live or work with people who are self-harming and we will be setting up peer support groups for those struggling with self-harm
Stoll (formerly The Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation) is a London-based charity enabling vulnerable and disabled ex-Servicemen and women, including those who have been homeless, to live as independently as possible by providing appropriate housing. Our support programme includes Veterans Outreach service
Big Community Takeaway prepares, cooks and delivers two-course hot meals to people in the Chilterns, who are in crisis. Run by volunteers, we rely on donations from individuals and organisations to do what we do. Demand for our services are increasing so please give what you can. Thank you so much!
