Our main goals are to prevent social isolation and loneliness; to enable older people to live in the community for longer; to promote Health and Well-Being by keeping people physically active; to empower older people to take control of their own lives and to make better choices. Holbeck is a very challenging Neighbourhood, one of the most deprived in the UK, which falls into the 10% most deprived in England.
