Why? Because better relationships make for better lives, more stable families and a stronger society. We have over 700 relationship specialists and support teams working on the ground as volunteers. We provide thorough training for our counsellors and facilitators for our relationship preparation and education services so that they are ready to help people make a difference in their relationships. We believe that relationship help should be available to all regardless of ability to pay. As a charity, we don't charge a fixed fee, but request donations from our clients and it is their generosity that helps us continue and develop our services. By donating to Marriage Care you could help us help others make changes for the better in their lives. Your donation will help us continue to meet the ever-growing demand for our services, and ensure that Marriage Care is there to offer relationship support in the future.

Bow Foodbank incurs a number of unavoidable expenses – including the purchase of additional food, as demand continues to outstrip donations. While some food is donated, more must be bought in.As demand continues to grow, Bow will need to continue to purchase additional food on a regular basis. Since our first financial return, when we spent £11,000 on food, demand has doubled. Above all else, Bow Foodbank is committed to offering a dependable service to people facing severe difficulties. One of the greatest difficulties faced by any voluntary organisation is securing a dependable flow of donations. We are an independent food bank and provide 10 food items every other week to our clients, many of who are ineligible for support from other foodbanks. We are intent on reaching those most in need, through direct access and not requiring referral, with on-going support to more than 200 clients ineligible for support from other food banks. We are also happy to help those referred to us by other support services. On an average week we help between 50-80 adults and children in immediate need Charity No: 1162185 Find out more Website Please click here to visit our website Twitter https://twitter.com/bowfoodbank
