Our aims are to:Raise awareness of this condition amongst doctors and the general public, so that people can be diagnosed appropriately.Explain the signs and symptoms that a doctor or person who is diagnosing themselves should look out for, and how to make sure that you reach the right diagnosis and don't confuse B12 deficiency with something else.Ensure treatment is tailored to the needs of the patient, and where possible, make treatment available free at the point of need.We rely entirely on donations, and our donations are used almost entirely to buy B12 to fulfil requests.  NHS does not fund any of our B12, although NHS will fund some B12 for some patients - directly via your doctor.  Charity No: 1146432 Find out more Website Please click here to visit our website

We are the Littlehampton District Club of the worlds largest voluntary service organisation, Lions International. Currently we have 26 members. Our main aim is to raise funds to help our local community and other Lions Projects, we consider all requests for assistance. The photos to the right are a small collection from the first three Cycle for Youth Events which have been the Clubs major fund raiser over recent years. We also organise our Easter Eggstravaganza, Cycle for Youth, Rustington Parade and Fete, and Christmas Collections. In December we take Santa around some of our local streets and also make collections in Rustington, Littlehampton and local supermarkets.
