The Future in Our Hands Education and Development Fund seeks to improve the lives of the world's poorest and most marginalised people. Since January 2016 the FIOH Fund has supported the construction of a new treatment and rehabilitation centre for severely disabled children in the Cameroon. The project is managed by a local non-government organisation, Global Rehabilitation Services (GLORES), who moved into the new centre in April 2017. We are continually fund-raising to help pay for ongoing treatment activities. If you would like to support this project with us, please make a donation. Your help is greatly appreciated and our low administrative costs ensure that your donation will go directly towards the cost of a child's treatment. HarrisonParrott Foundation is the philanthropic arm of HarrisonParrott, long recognised as one of the world’s leading arts management companies, and has at its heart our mission to support and champion diversity and inclusion within the arts. We believe everyone deserves access to the arts. We want to challenge preconceived assumptions of what the arts are and who they are for. As passionate advocates for innovation, we want to challenge the idea that ethnicity, gender, disability, neurodivergence and social background are impediments to full inclusivity By forming the Foundation, HarrisonParrott hopes that others will be encouraged to follow suit so that the industry, as a whole, collectively tackles the serious issues of diversity and access to the music industry. HarrisonParrott Foundation has initially partnered with Tri-Borough Music Hub, Music for All, and Creative Access to develop a series of programmes to help overcome issues of diversity and inclusion. In 2020, despite the incredible difficulties of the pandemic, we were able to reach over 150 young people by delivering virtual masterclasses and workshops, led by talent from our own roster. Emerging from this challenging period, the Foundation now plans to identify and develop new partnerships, projects, and programmes to play a role in leading the performing arts into the future and how we engage with wider society.
