YTD Raised: n/aFounded in 2015, Museum of Homelessness (MoH) is a community driven social justice museum, created and run by people with direct experience of homelessness. MoH tackles homelessness and housing inequality by amplifying the voices of its community through research, events and shows, workshops, campaigns and exhibitions. In March 2020 we redirected all our resources towards an emergency response, campaigned for hotel rooms for people who were homeless and formed the Homeless Taskforce with our grassroots partners. In lockdown 1 we ran a 7 day a week emergency hub and we continued our emergency response to Easter 2021.

(UK, 1081525) We support hospital and community based Cardiac Rehabilitation at St Woolos Hospital, County Hospital and Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr. Cardiac Rehabilitation offers those, along with their families, that have suffered from a heart attack, cardiac surgery or heart disease advice and support following their discharge from hospital. Cardiac Rehabilitation focuses on exercise, education and relaxation with the aim of secondary prevention. Your support will help the service by buying equipment that will aid in the delivery of this vital resource for those that require it. Cardiac rehabilitation has been proven to prevent readmission with those suffering from cardiac illness.

We are committed to fair access -- enabling students from less advantaged backgrounds to gain places at leading universities. For 40 years, we have been teaching challenging, subject-specific courses for Year 12/13 students at our centre in Foxton. We also have a comprehensive four-year Scholars Programme for students from Year 10 - Year 13.
