Over the last 6 years Anode has done this by providing low cost furniture and white goods, decorating and garden services, emergency food parcels and counselling services. New services have and are being added in 2013. Anode’s strap line is Connecting with Hope. Hope stands for ‘Helping Overcome Poverty Everyday’. Anode acts as a personal and family support hub for those within the community who find themselves in severe need. Anode supplies help with the immediate practical needs of people whilst also encouraging their personal development in taking responsibility for the welfare and growth of both themselves and their dependent families.

People with a broad range of disabilities from 5 years of age upwards use the Centre, including those with physical, learning, sensory, profound and multiple disabilities.
