We are committed to working in partnership with Malawians to transform the prospects of the next generation by providing teaching resources to preschools and primaries, bursaries at secondary schools and skills training for adults. An offshoot of several years of experience of charitable work in Malawi this new charity will focus on twin aims: Education and the Relief of Poverty – two sides of the same coin.Team Malawi is family-run with educational and administrative experience activated by long-held admiration of the cheerful resilience of the Malawians we have come to know.We have started to build the Team which we hope will become an ever-expanding group of well-wishers, supporters and donors In UK and further afield. There will be many Malawian members whose hard work and warm-hearted care will bring our jointly planned aims to fruition: partners, administrators and accountants, head teachers and their staff. The youngest members will be the young people grasping the chance of a secondary education through fees paid by Team Malawi – our brothers and sisters whose progress and lives we shall follow in the coming years.
