Our Homeless Project offers empathy and practical support to the homeless and vulnerable in a non-judgemental and compassionate way. Our aim is to find solutions to homelessness, by helping guests to access housing through counselling and practical help. We also aim to help those at risk of homelessness to stay in their homes. When individuals are assisted into appropriate accommodation we provide support to furnish the property, to help them settle, and to sustain the tenancy. Our aim is to help our guests develop a sense of purpose and self worth, and to empower them to live a settled, self-supporting and fulfilling life.

The Choir with No Name runs choirs for people who have experienced homelessness, and others on the margins. Our mission is to enable marginalised people to make friends, build their confidence and skills and find their place in society. Each choir rehearses once a week, and we always share a hot meal together afterwards too (cooked by our fantastic team of volunteers). We also love to perform in public regularly. We've got four choirs - two in London, one in Birmingham and one in Liverpool - and plans are afoot for a fifth choir later this year... We need donations to fund things like hiring rehearsal venues, travel to gigs, salaries, and food. We would be so grateful for your support! One of the most valuable (and fun!) ways of supporting us is to join our official fan club. Click here for more details.

Since its establishment, the PTA has raised >£90,000 and we've used this funding to purchase extras that are not provided by the school budget. We spend our funds in ways that will benefit children across all areas of the school and curriculum. This year we hope to raise funds for a new minibus.

Anam Cara is a national organisation founded by bereaved parents. We provide a range of bereavement support services throughout the 32 counties. More importantly, we offer peer support and understanding to families who have experienced the death of a child. Each year in Ireland about two thousand families experience the death of a son or daughter. For some, the death may have been expected through illness or a life-limiting condition. For others, it was unexpected through stillbirth, an accident, suicide or substance abuse. Anam Cara’s online and face to face services are available to all parents regardless of age or circumstances of their child’s death and are available for as long as necessary. At Anam Cara we focus on the similarities of our loss rather than the differences and provide a level of support and understanding that others cannot offer. Our bereavement as parents unites us. Anam Cara currently has nine active local groups meeting regularly throughout the country. All Anam Cara services are offered free of charge to bereaved parents and families, and as we do not receive government funding, we rely heavily on public fundraising to fund the costs of our local groups and events. We are hugely grateful to any support you can give us. Thank you!
