We do this via our website, social media sites, 24 hour telephone line, email & fortnightly Community Support Group meetings. We offer both informal support and free bereavement counselling sessions with professional bereavement counselors. We campaign locally & nationally for improvements to the provision of bereavement support.

The Northampton Saints Foundation uses the values of Northampton RFC and the power of sport to educate, inspire and support young people and their communities. The Foundation's Study Centre Programmes support all pupils in schools by improving motivation, self-esteem and learning of young people through the medium of sport. The Hitz Programmes uses rugby’s core values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship, to work with young people not in education, training or employment (NEET) to get them back into education, training, apprenticeships and/or employment. The Engage and Engage Plus programmes work with schools to support Primary and Secondary students who find themselves at risk of permanent exclusion.
