The founder and trustee Helen Hick said, “Having experienced multiple strokes, I felt I needed someone to talk to, ask questions and find an understanding of how I was feeling, creating support groups will help share how sufferers are feeling, just talking will help alleviate stresses and anxiety.” After suffering from a stroke the chances of another one are quite high, unless you change your lifestyle. Support Groups will not only provide mental support but also suggestions and advice regarding checking your blood pressure and what you could change in your current way of living.

Families can enjoy a short holiday by the sea to escape daily life, and hospital appointments. We will also target promising brain tumour research projects to fund as we grow.
