Staffed primarily by volunteers from the local community, supported by therapists from the local authority, PWPG has been judged Outstanding in all Areas by Ofsted. On going training and qualifications enable the group to provide a safe and stimulating environment for each child and meet their individual needs, then support the families at the transition to school. No fees are charged, so the group has to raise funds to provide basic commodities and specialist equipment to maximise each childs ability to achieve their potential. Kelbourne Park School Parent Council was set up to support our school & nursery pupils to participate in a wide range of learning activities both within the school & the local environment. Much of the equipment our pupils benefit from using is highly specialised & as a result comes at an increased cost. With the support of the donations made we are able to supplement our resources making a real difference to the learning experiences of our pupils.
