Providing specialist rehabilitation the staff work in partnership with patients and their families to help the patients achieve as much independence, choice, dignity and fulfilment in their daily lives as possible. Charitable donations make a real difference to both the patients and staff at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCH&C). The extra funds are used to enhance services and facilities as well as purchasing additional equipment to optimise patient care.

This helps service users regain their independence, have regular breaks from their daily routine and gives them the opportunity to socialise with other stroke survivors.
