Referrals come from the Health Centre, Social Services, Home Care, hospitals, friends and families. Some members are self referrals. The Centre is open five days a week. On three of the days we offer full day care facilities with a home-cooked midday meal and members can join in a wealth of activities such as quizzes, games and sing-songs.
