Olivias Vision was founded following the diagnosis of our own daughter in 2009, with the devastating, sight threatening disease Uveitis. The lack of support for sufferers, the lack of specialists and the lack of medical research led us to establish Olivias Vision. Without research, numerous patients with chronic uveitis will go blind. With no cure, the best outcome at present is remission. This is neither a guarantee of long-term vision, nor easy to attain. Every year 9000 sufferers are diagnosed in the UK, of whom 900 are children. Many will have to endure years of daily and weekly immunosuppression therapy. Olivias Vision needs your help. Without donations medical research cannot progress. Without your help we cannot hope to train more specialist Ocular Immunologists. Without your help adults and children will live in darkness. Please help by making a donation. Make our cause your cause. Thank you
