FunsaniKids4Kids is a registered charity that supports orphaned and vulnerable children in Kitwe, Northern Zambia, one the most impoverished developing nations on the planet. In 2002, Funsani Home was founded as an orphange, which currently supports and cares for 11 children who live there permanently on a full time basis. Most of them have lost their parents to HIV/AIDS and are in desperate need of love, care and support. Despite the often tragic circumstances which led to them entering the home, the home has provided the children with a stable environment to learn, grow and play. There is a clear mother and father figure and the children consider themselves brothers and sisters. This tight-knit family feel has allowed the children to thrive.
