Our small and efficient team provides training, support and placement services to get women into high quality, sustainable employment.We place motivated and work ready women into quality paid jobs with forward-thinking employers, from major corporates to SMEs and local businesses. Our mission is to challenge discrimination against ex-offenders and to enable women to move on with their lives and support themselves and their families.Placing a woman into work enables her cross the line from exclusion to contribution. It gives her children a positive role model and helps to break cycles of re-offending. Our re-offending rate is less than 5%, compared to the national average of 51%.
