We have improved our telephone advice service to ensure that the most urgent and complex cases receive the priority attention and face to face we have assisted nearly 16,000 people, preventing homelessness in 89% of the cases where it was threatened. Through our research, policy work and campaigning, we influence the Welsh agenda on housing and homelessness in terms of both the policy and legislative approach and in developing radical solutions to homelessness and housing problems in Wales.
