Project All Change has been set up to modernise Salisbury Rugby Club's changing rooms. Salisbury Rugby Club is now over 100 years old and continues to provide excellent opportunities for boys, girls and men all over the South Wilts area. Our success extends from the International Players who represented the club at mini and junior level, back to those playing today and who will join tomorrow. To maintain that success on the playing field, the Club has to provide the necessary facilities, especially in our desire to develop girls and womens rugby. Chance to Play is empowering vulnerable children through exercise and sport Initially Chance to Play focused on Vietnam. As a result of years of poverty and the after effects of the Vietnam War, the country has large numbers of orphaned and underprivileged children who have not had the opportunity to develop key skills in communications team work, physical coordination and self-confidence. Through sport we will change the young lives for the better. Our first project came to fruition in August 2011 in Da Lat in central Vietnam. We partnered with Saigon Children’s Charity, and funded the renovation of a playground and swings for a shelter for visually impaired children. The project has been a great success and the first of many! If you are interested in what Chance to Play does and want to make a difference we can send you fundraising ideas and support and regular updates about what your donations are achieving in our projects.
