OUR ACHIEVEMENTS We have saved many girls from child labour and child marriages We educate orphaned and underprivileged girls in India. By supporting us you are helping not only our orphaned and underprivileged girls but you are helping us change the face of the society by making these girls independant and creating a strong foundation for them. We educate girls from about 7 years onwards. If they choose we educate them upto degree level, find them jobs and if necessary also help them settle into married lives. Just £300 can pay for boarding and education for one girl for a whole year. We are building the first local youth centre in Appleton to help meet the needs of young people who have consistently said that they need 'somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to.' We love our young people and want to see them achieve their God-given potential.
It provides the youth of Horwich and surrounding districts the opportunity to play organised football whatever their ability. It currently has over 500 players both boys and girls with its youngest members from 4 years old.
The Anchor Project is a Saturday youth group for separated asylum seeking young people. It offers sports, leisure and educational activities as well as a hot meal cooked on site by young people and volunteers each week. It is a space to learn and to make friends. Each summer, young people are taken on a residential outside London and a given a chance to bond in the great outdoors.
