We are a UK registered charity focused on providing aid and hope to the north and east of Sri Lanka. Established in 2005, following the destruction by the Tsunami in 2004, we have already provided aid to thousands of people who have been affected by the Tsunami and people who have been internally displaced by the 2009 civil war. Due to the growing needs of the community, we have undertaken various projects. Apart from our Children's and Elder's Home in Mannar, we have also established a factory in Killinochchi and bakery in Mullaitivu to provide employment for the vulnerable. Our core values are to provide education for children, provide a safe environment for the vulnerable and helping needy and disabled individuals to re-build their lives. We strive to make every penny work hard for the people who need it most by running a low-cost operation run predominantly by volunteers. We are a non-political organisation and are solely interested in conducting non-profit, and non-political, charitable activities only.
