We have a monthly newsletter, that we send out to all of our supporters and anyone who wants to make a difference to a child's life. Yabonga's aim is to enable South African families and their communities affected by HIV/Aids to support themselves. We work to enable children and disadvantaged youths to reach their full potential. We run several programmes which support the following areas: Adults living with HIV, Orphans and Vulnerable Children on our Community Mothers programme, After school care for affected and vulnerable Youth. These programmes are often supplemented by a number of satellite initiatives such as the Crafts Programme for income generation, the Nutrition Programme which includes a garden and bakery, and our Respite programme provides a safe haven for those children deemed most at risk. Yabonga UK is currently funding the expansion of the Community Mothers Programme and the Children's Programme for new Child and Youth Counsellors.
