We aim to improve the diversity of individuals who are able to fulfil executive roles by advancing education of the public and employers about alternative and flexible working patterns. The attitudes of line managers to flexible working. For both of these projects we plan to carry out a number of focus groups to delve into attitudes, obstacles and actions for change.
