(UK, 1154850) We aim to improve the diversity of individuals who are able to fulfil executive roles by advancing education of the public and employers about alternative and flexible working patterns. Right now we are planning two research projects looking at: 1. The demand from over 50s to work in more flexible ways. Try out our survey here https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/S3JWT9M 2. The attitudes of line managers to flexible working. For both of these projects we plan to carry out a number of focus groups to delve into attitudes, obstacles and actions for change.
