We help in ways that make a big practical difference to individuals. For example a level access shower for an amputee from a current conflict or care home fees for an elderly veteran. This year we will care for over 1350 Veterans through five residential care homes in Bishopton, Erskine, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Current residents include men and women who served in the Falklands, the Gulf, Bosnia and Northern Ireland, as well as World War II. War isn't a thing of the past and neither is the need to support our country's Veterans. These brave men and women answered the call and risked everything for their country. In return, when they need care Erskine is there for them. As a charity, we rely heavily on donations and legacies from individuals, community groups and companies.
