International AIDS Empowerment (IAE) is a non-profit (501 (c) s status) organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS regionally, nationally and internationally and to reduce the incidence of new infections through education, outreach, and testing. OutRight our GLBTQ center provides a safe, healthy environment for El Paso youth members of the Gay community. OutRight administers a variety of support groups, workshops, and social gatherings to increase awareness and ultimately help each youth to feel comfortable with their sexual orientation. IAE is proudly celebrating its 14th year serving this community and is the only Agency providing these services in the South West region of Texas, Juarez and additional Chihuahua communities.
