(UK, 1158856) Snowdrop Project is the first charity in the UK to provide long term community support to survivors of human trafficking. The charity helps to reintegrate survivors in to community, reduce the risk of re-trafficking or exploitation and to empower people to make a fresh start. Each person is supported through one-to-one, person centred support and the offer of community activities. Permanent houses are also renovated and furnished to give people a home to start a new and stable life. Snowdrop Project was awarded the Marsh Award (2013) for outstanding contribution to the fight against human trafficking.
