SAYA is a 501(c)3 organization for NYC youth ranging in age from first-graders to college students. Our mission is to foster a strong sense of belonging in youth, and to provide them with tools to thrive academically, professionally, and personally. We are South Asian focused, inclusive, and welcoming to young people from all backgrounds. Established in 1996, SAYA currently runs programming at nine New York City schools, as well as our community center in Elmhurst, Queens, serving over 1,500 youth each year. Our holistic, comprehensive, and free services include leadership and identity development; academic support, college access and success programming; career exploration; and sports, arts, and STEM activities.
The World Literacy Foundation is a global not-for-profit that works to lift children and young people out of poverty by tackling one if its root causes- illiteracy. We work with communities to bring quality education to disadvantaged children in some of the most hard-to-reach parts of the world.
At OSE, we equip artists at an early stage of their career with the tools to become resourceful and self-sufficient, and enable young people and adults to develop confidence and life skills, and shape their creative voice by becoming active learners and co-producers of OSE’s programmes.
