The charity aims to support people through activity and buddy buddy support systems so that no one should ever feel alone. Eventually major organs including lungs and the heart give in to the ravages of this disease. 90% percent of Children do not live to celebrate their 20th birthday. 99% of Children affected are boys. Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy has a 100% mortality rate. No child to date has survived.
