Found on May 24, 2010. To find solutions to the unique obstacles that homeless people face and to empower change. We strive to educate the public, to overcome stereotypes and show that the homeless can be respectable, productive citizens of this community and are employable.
To help connect people with Down syndrome and their families with support, information and services that will enhance their lives, to raise awareness of people with Down syndrome and therefore acceptance in their communities and world.
