Over the years, this money has been used to buy a fantastic range of IT Equipment, information books, playground and sports equipment, a sound system for the school hall as well as to provide an annual fund for teachers to help with extra school trips, special events, school clubs and class room equipment.

All the funds raised by the PTA are invested into the school. At Aldersbrook, in the spirit of inclusion, all parents and carers are automatically signed up as members of the PTA when their child joins the school. There are loads of ways you can get involved by offering up your time to plan or run events, your contacts to help us source equipment for events and raffle prizes, or by simply coming along and taking part in the events themselves. If none of that is for you, you can always choose to throw money at the situation.
