We work hard to stamp out stigma surrounding mental ill-health and mental illness - one cup of tea at a time. We use our own lived experiences of mental health challenges to inspire hope in others that recovery is possible. We work hard to prevent suicide. We provide lots and lots of free stuff for the local community :)

We are a charity and not a profit driven company and the children's well-being is our main priority. Recently, we were effected by the Boxing Day flooding (2015) and now we are raising awareness of our precious services and we are determined to carry on at least for another 40 years!
