We offer these services free, regardless of age, gender, type of cancer, or socio economic status. It is the first of its kind in Australia.

We offer them a warm, safe and friendly environment where they are made to feel welcome and have a chance to eat, relax and socialise. A hot nourishing mid-day meal sustains the body, while talking, playing games and activities helps to break isolation. By listening to our clients and gaining their trust, we help them by signposting them to agencies or professional bodies for help. Results don’t always happen overnight, or sometimes at all, but our goal is to continue being there to offer support and friendship. We believe "Every Child Matters"and it is our communal responsibility to ensure that children receive emotional support when they need it most.

We also visit the school at least annually to see the difference our financial support is having, to identify future needs and to support practically with teacher training etc. This school provides education to 300 children who had never been able to have an education as other government schools are too far away and too expensive.
