(AU, 26901199294) Browse eventsBy Choosing Team Adem as your ‘Everyday Hero’ charity of choice you will be making a profound difference to many lives. Team Adem is a Not-for-profit organisation that helps many Australians by raising awareness to the importance of blood product donation. Team Adem leads by example with one of the largest and fastest growing blood donation teams in Australia. Team Adem’s blood donation community is saving thousands of lives each year. Currently only 3% of our population donate blood but 1 in every 3 Australians will require a blood product in their lifetime. These staggering facts alone make Team Adem a worthy charity to support. Team Adem also raises much-needed funds to support patients and families affected by a blood cancer diagnosis. In just 4 years Team Adem has contributed close to $400 000 to the Leukaemia Foundation. The funds raised have helped and continue to help patients and families affected by blood cancers and also help provide funding for vital research projects for improved treatment options and hopefully one day a cure. Team Adem was started by 17 year old Adem Crosby in 2011 soon after his diagnosis with Leukaemia. It is now continued on in his honour by his family and supporters. Team Adem is making a difference to thousands of lives every year. As Team Adem is run by experienced volunteers, all funds raised go directly to helping others. Thankyou in advance for Helping us Help others and supporting Team Adem. To find out more about Team Adem visit www.teamadem.com.au
