The purpose of this Retired Police Dogs Fund will be to assist in granting financial support for the costs of providing healthcare, and in some cases general care of police dogs that have been retired.
The Independent Setter Rescue & Rehome was formed by a small band of people who believe that dogs deserve better. Based on a lifetime of experience we hope to help. Whether you are looking for a new companion dog in your life or you are in a position that you need to rehome or if you have health or training questions , we will always do our very best to assist. We try our very best to rescue dogs from poor situations, heal them physically and mentally and find responsible, forever homes where we will watch over their needs for a lifetime.We offer hands on support and financial care for older dogs knowing that every day is precious.The needs of every dog are different and we hope our adopters realise that it is what you can do for the dog, not what the dog can do for you.
We partner with, co-source, supplement and sponsor charitable causes, small businesses, and CBO's by offering accounting, advisory, fiscal administration, and fiscal sponsorship services. This helps them maximize their resources so they can focus on their missions.
The Nautilus Welfare Fund charity operates Mariners Park Estate in Wallasey, a community for retired seafarers and their dependants. It provides accommodation, a care home, home care, and grants to mariners in financial hardship. Please help us sustain and extend these critical support services.
