We are based in Dundee, Scotland and all our trustees are volunteers. As well as sending containers from Dundee to Northern Malawi, mainly on behalf of other charities, we carry out projects in country, designed to give the people there a hand up, not a hand out. These are conducted through local agencies.

People released from prison have paid their debt to society and have the right to re-establish their lives in community without stigma, stereotyping or discrimination. They should be offered support to transition back into community, improve their life options and build pathways out of the criminal justice system. Families of prisoners should not be punished or suffer from discrimination. Families should be entitled to support to minimise the effects of having a relative or loved one imprisoned. Community Restorative Centre is working for positive social change.
