(UK, 1111859) Challenge Wales is a charity set up to support and enable young people aged 12 - 25 years old to develop essential life skills including: team development, responsibility, communication, respect for others, planning, leadership, self-confidence, self esteem and interdependence. This is achieved through sail training and navigation using a 72-ft round-the-world yacht called Challenge Wales. This opportunity is available to young people regardless of their background, social or economic circumstances enabling them to participate positively in society.
