YTD Raised: £0.00York Way Mosque is community hub that plays a very important positive role for the permanent residents and those who come to work in Islington and Camden. The facilities of this centre are accessed by a large minority from various backgrounds, and it is one of only such facilities in this area. Our Masjid frequently used by members’ of the Muslim community in general, and particularly by those who live and work in this area. Our Friday prayer is very popular and normally there are 200 Musalis, we also have a secondary Islamic school with about 120 students. Our Madrassah has about 200 students and growing. We also do a number of other community and educational programmes.
