EFOD is a U.K.-based charity that develops and trains young industry professionals, including architects, engineers, project managers and apprentice craftsmen by linking design and construction teams to projects in areas of extreme poverty in Sub Saharan Africa. Project teams are responsible for commissioning, designing and project delivery, as well as sourcing and training local labour to assist with construction.
