(UK, 1073086) Setpoint London East is a charity that works to support schools and pupils in learning about and engaging with science and the environment. It focuses specifically on hands-on workshops for pupils. Through our base in the Soanes Centre in Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park we have the unique possibility to offer hands-on environmental workshops using the park as our out-door classroom. This enables us to give children from the London inner city area the possibility to engage with nature in a way that is new and unusual for most of them. The park is a 33-acre nature reserve and the only woodland in the whole of East London. Apart from woodland it also offers meadow and pond habitats.

We also provide substantial support to schools associated with the City; and pupils of the City of London Freemen's School, Christ's Hospital and other City schools benefit regularly from educational grants and prizes. In addition, every year the Guild supports other fund-raising organisations with which we share a common purpose.
