The Bishops’ C of E and RC Primary School serves children and families from across Springfield and further afield. We would therefore like to improve the local facilities not just for the school, but for the local community, and we are proposing to build ‘The Bishops’ Community Hall’. The plans include simple kitchen facilities, changing rooms and shower rooms and toilets, all accessible for the disabled, and access from the School’s car park which means that the building is separate from the main school. We are seeking interest from local organisations who may wish to use this facility and we wish to align our aims with the long term aims of the local council to ensure that Springfield continues to develop its facilities to support the interests, aspirations and activities of local people.
