Currently, we provide free legal assistance to vulnerable members of the community through two major service areas. Service 1 is our rental repairs service, through which we assist tenants to compel their landlords to carry out urgent and non-urgent repairs where landlords have refused to answer requests. Service 2 was launched recently due to the COVID-19 pandemic and assists tenants who have been placed under significant financial hardship to negotiate a rent reduction with their landlords.
