For people with disabilities, the support and services Northcott provides can often mean the difference between a life of isolation and segregation and a life of greater self-reliance and confidence. Support and services are not only directly provided to our clients, but their carers, siblings and the entire family. As an independent not-for-profit organisation that receives some Government funding, Northcott relies on the generosity of individuals, organisations and community groups to continue to provide services to people with disabilities, particularly in programs where non-government or limited support is available

The Lockton Charitable Association has been established to raise funds for donation to registered charities and charitable projects to improve the lives of people within its community.  Lockton Associates in the UK organise and take part in fund raising events to support a chosen charity and other charitable purposes.  Over the past 7 years, the cornerstone to the Lockton charitable activities has been the Charity of the Year programme whereby all Lockton Associates vote to select the charity it wishes to partner with in the next financial year.  The involvement of Lockton Associates helps engender interest and buy-in paving the way for exceptional levels of participation.  It is this amazing work which continues to be advanced through the Lockton Charity.  Charities supported to date include Whizz Kidz; Alzheimers Society; MacMillan Cancer Support; Help for Heroes, Pancreatic Cancer Action; Great Ormond Street Hospital; The Brain Tumour Society and The Rainbow Trust.  Collectively over £850,000 has been raised for donation to charitable causes.The Lockton Charitable Association is a registered charity in England & Wales. Our mission is to aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of those affected by military operations by providing opportunities through motorsport. Mission Motorsport is run by veterans, serving officers and motorsport professionals. We are appointed as the Combined Services’ official providers of adaptive motorsport, seeking wherever possible to merge the activities of the disabled and those in need with able bodied servicemen and women. Appointed by the British Army Motorsport Association, and operating in direct support of the Defence Recovery Capability, Mission Motorsport provides respite, rehabilitation, recreational opportunities and training to those affected by military operations within the framework of Motorsport. Our output is in three main areas, Experience, Competition and Vocation. From a first hand, front seat, white knuckle introduction to an exciting sport, through to the preparation, development, coaching, teamwork and participation involved in competition, along with vocational training and work placements with major motor manufacturers and race teams.
