We offer free one to one counselling to people in East Staffordshire and also Free Holistic Therapy to clients and carers suffering from Mental distress.We have 9 qualified counsellors who have a variety of specialist skillsWe have recently had a garden room built for our Holistic Therapist to use for aromatherapy, reflexology and Indian head massage. Now, we want to create a small sensory garden where service users can sit and relax before or after their counselling appointment or holistic therapy treatment.We appreciate any fundraising for our Holistic therapy project. The therapy is free for clients but we are not funded by the NHS. On the other hand, the NHS does acknowledge the benefits that holistic therapy provides to aiding relaxation & improving sleep patterns.
