(UK, 02928) Beccles Rowing Club is a Community Amateur Sports Club affiliated to British Rowing. Our purpose is to promote and support the sport of rowing in Beccles, Suffolk. We are a small club amateur club on the river Waveney with an active junior section and we are especially keen to encourage participation from our local community. We are supported by a few enthusiastic volunteers and our only sources of income are members subscriptions and grant applications. Currently, the club is trying to raise funds to assist with the upkeep of our existing boats and to contibute towards the cost of a new racing boat to allow more of our members to compete at regattas.
