Kadampa Meditation Centre Plymouth, established as a registered charity in 1997 as Ashoka KBC, is a New Kadampa Buddhist Centre providing classes for the community of west Devon and throughout Cornwall, where anyone can learn to meditate, follow pure spiritual paths, control their mind and develop inner peace. Everyone is welcome into this peaceful and blessed environment. Visitors from all backgrounds come to find rest and refuge from the difficulties of busy modern life, and draw inspiration from spiritual friends.The centre has a beautiful mediation room however there is always more to do to maintain and develop this wonderful refuge.Any donation, however small, will directly support the centre in providing classes not just in Plymouth but throughout Devon and Cornwall, and provide a sanctuary within the busy city for people wishing to find inner peace and discover their pure potential through meditation.
