The Trust runs international programmes in transformational leadership for young people aged 16-30 at its founding location in Lucca, Italy, as well as in Australia, Ireland, South Africa and the United States. The Trust is a voluntary organisation with no particular religious or political affiliation and is a ‘by youth, for youth’ organisation: the majority of its Executive Directors are in their late twenties.
