At Yarraville Community Kindergarten, we believe that children learn and grow by engaging in an emergent, play based program. Our program is designed to develop the children’s sense of identity, community, well being, learning and communication and we hope to instill a love of learning, increase social competence, build self-esteem and emotional development. We believe in creating a strong link between family life and kindergarten, valuing family participation and contributions within the kindergarten. We celebrate diversity, equity and inclusion within our program and work collaboratively with external community services.
