A traditional welcoming 1920's village hall, is situated in the centre of the village. It is used by all of the community and surrounding district for meetings, playschool, classes, drama, music groups, village events and private parties. From time to time projects are undertaken to improve the facilities. Currently the kitchen is in need of extension and total re-furbishment. Your donation will help greatly towards the cost. Christ Church is a vibrant and growing congregation with a strong heart and emphasis on serving the community. We represent a diverse group of people involved in a range of community based activiies. We run a nightshelter project for the homeless, a regular youth club, a childrens church, parenting courses, teas for the elderly, marriage preparation and enrichment courses, various programmes for adult Christian formation and enquiry, a playgroup, a parent and toddler group and a range of other social activies.
